TokBoostly Services

TokBoostly sells packaged TikTok growth services delivered through internal fulfillment workflows. Service descriptions, quantities, delivery notes, and eligibility requirements are shown on product pages and at checkout.

Article 04

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your TokBoostly account credentials, monitoring account activity, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated where your account settings allow.

You may not share accounts in ways that violate security policies or facilitate abuse.

Article 06

User Information and Accuracy

You must submit correct TikTok handles, public URLs, quantities, and any other inputs required for the service you purchase. Incorrect or ineligible inputs may cause failed or delayed delivery.

If you order on behalf of a client or brand, you represent that you have permission to use their public identifiers in the order.

Article 07

Orders and Service Delivery

Orders are created when checkout completes successfully and TokBoostly records the transaction. Delivery timelines vary by service type and may be gradual for certain packages as described on the product page.

“Delivery started” may occur before public metrics visibly change due to platform caching, queueing, or pipeline checkpoints.

TokBoostly may refuse, pause, or modify fulfillment when inputs are invalid, abuse is suspected, or operational constraints require it.

Article 09

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on order status, service type, input accuracy, and the rules in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not automatic for subjective growth goals or third-party platform behavior outside TokBoostly’s control.

Cancellation may be possible before fulfillment materially begins. Contact support early with your order ID if you need to correct inputs or request cancellation.

Article 11

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in order refusal, account suspension, or termination:

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or impersonation.
• Submitting private, unauthorized, or illegal targets for delivery.
• Harassing staff, submitting malware, or attempting to breach TokBoostly systems.
• Reselling or automating access in ways that violate these Terms or create security risk.
• Misusing copyright or legal processes for non-copyright disputes (see our DMCA Policy for copyright procedures).

Article 14

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TokBoostly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, TokBoostly’s aggregate liability for claims relating to a given order is limited to the amount you paid TokBoostly for that order in the period specified by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Article 15

Intellectual Property

TokBoostly branding, website content, software, and marketing materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute them without permission.

If you believe TokBoostly content infringes your copyright, follow our DMCA Policy. For trademark or other IP concerns, contact us with clear identification of the rights asserted.

Article 17

Termination

You may stop using TokBoostly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create fraud or security risk, or where required by law or payment partners.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations and dispute-resolution provisions where applicable.
