Introduction

This TokBoostly DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright complaints, counter-notifications, and related intellectual-property matters for our website, checkout flows, and TikTok growth services experiences.

TokBoostly respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, and rights holders. We aim to respond to valid notices promptly, fairly, and in line with applicable law—including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where it applies.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which describe broader platform rules and data practices.

What Content TokBoostly Hosts

TokBoostly primarily operates as a SaaS-style commerce and delivery platform for TikTok growth services—not as a general user-generated content host. Most customer-facing material consists of marketing pages, product descriptions, checkout flows, dashboards, and support communications.

We may display user-submitted information such as TikTok usernames, public post URLs, order notes, and support attachments when customers voluntarily provide them to fulfill an order or resolve an issue.

We do not claim ownership over TikTok content on third-party platforms. TikTok profiles, videos, and engagement metrics remain subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies.

  • Marketing and help-center pages describing TikTok followers, TikTok likes, TikTok views, TikTok comments, and TikTok shares packages.
  • Transactional records tied to orders, payments, and customer support.
  • Limited user-provided text used to route delivery or investigate a support case.

Required DMCA Notice Information

To help us evaluate a copyright complaint efficiently, a DMCA notice should include the elements commonly required under applicable law. Incomplete notices may delay review.

  • Your physical or electronic signature (typed name is often acceptable for electronic notices).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on TokBoostly (URLs, screenshots, order references, or page paths).
  • Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If TokBoostly removes or disables access to material based on a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification that includes information required under applicable law.

A valid counter-notification typically includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and consent to jurisdiction where required.

After receiving a qualifying counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and restore material after the legally applicable period unless the complainant initiates further legal action, consistent with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TokBoostly may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

We may also take action when abuse patterns suggest bad-faith complaints, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to weaponize copyright processes against legitimate customers.

Good Faith Requirement

Both copyright notices and counter-notifications should be submitted in good faith. Misuse of DMCA processes can harm innocent parties and may carry legal consequences.

TokBoostly reviews submissions for completeness and plausibility but does not adjudicate complex ownership disputes. Where ownership is unclear, parties may need to resolve the matter through appropriate legal channels.

False Claim Warning

Knowingly submitting a false or materially misleading copyright notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability under applicable law, including potential damages and attorney’s fees in some jurisdictions.

Do not claim infringement for competitive disputes, refund disagreements, or general dissatisfaction with a TikTok growth service order—those matters are handled through support and our Refund Policy, not DMCA takedown procedures.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge complete DMCA notices promptly and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe based on the complexity of the claim and the information provided.

Incomplete notices, ambiguous URLs, or disputes requiring additional verification may extend review time. We may request clarifying information before taking action.

Counter-notifications are processed according to applicable statutory timelines where relevant.

Contact Information

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications through Contact Us with the subject line “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notification.” Include all required elements from this policy so your submission can be routed correctly.

For privacy-related questions about how we handle personal data in a notice, see the Privacy Policy. For general platform rules, see the Terms of Service.

Changes to DMCA Policy

We may update this TokBoostly DMCA Policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date shown near the top of the policy may change accordingly.

Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
